La spiritualità per gli hawaiiani: che cos’é?

In questo articolo vorrei parlarti dell’importanza di vivere la spiritualità nella nostra vita. Con il termine “spiritualità”’ non intendo necessariamente un concetto prettamente religioso anche se non lo preclude.
La spiritualità è una colonna basilare sulla quale si fonda il pensiero della cultura hawaiiana. Per il popolo di Hawai’i tutto ciò che esiste sulla Terra e nell’Universo (esseri viventi come uomini, animali, vegetali, ma anche i minerali, gli elementi ecc.) racchiude in sé un’Energia Sacra chiamata anche Anima, la quale conserva in sé delle vibrazioni di un puro Amore, capace di sciogliere qualsiasi resistenza generata dall’essere umano e portare guarigione su tutti i livelli. Essa ci conosce nel nostro io più profondo; non dobbiamo infatti darle spiegazioni, raccontarle chi siamo, raccontarle i nostri vissuti, le nostre gioie e i nostri dolori in quanto lei ci conosce profondamente, ci vuole guidare e prendersi cura di noi.
Questa Energia sacra è a nostra disposizione, ma per poterla accogliere nelle nostre vite è necessario un atto di volontà e consapevolezza, e tutto può succedere. E’ quindi importante trovare le modalità per farla entrare nel nostro Essere e per mantenerla viva giorno dopo giorno.
Perché è importante connettersi con quest’energia sottile e quindi con la spiritualità?
Viviamo in un mondo fatto sempre di più di materialismo e doveri, e stiamo lentamente perdendo il collegamento con gli altri esseri umani, la natura e tutto ciò che ci sta attorno. I ritmi frenetici del lavoro, la brama di successo, possesso e arricchimento materiale ci distanziano sempre di più dal mondo in cui viviamo e ci rendono tristi, frustrati e insoddisfatti.
Personalmente credo molto nell’importanza di ricollegarsi alla natura e all’energia sacra che essa racchiude e questo è uno dei motivi per cui mi ritrovo molto nel pensiero della cultura di Hawaii. Secondo questo sapere infatti trascorrere del tempo a contatto con gli elementi naturali così come contemplare i regali della natura ci permette di attivare la nostra Energia Vitale e quindi di portare nelle nostre vite serenità, Benessere, salute fisica e felicità.
Le discipline hawaiiane (massaggio LomiLomi, danza Hula, Saggezze) favoriscono questa riconnessione alla spiritualità, la quale ci permette di entrare in un’energia di flusso capace di prendersi cura di noi e farci stare bene.
In quali situazioni posso usufruire di quest’Energia Sacra?
Le emozioni come l’angoscia, l’ansia, la rabbia, la tristezza, la delusione, la frustrazione, i sensi di colpa, la mancanza di autostima, ma anche le problematiche fisiche (dolori, malattie ecc…) possono essere collegate alla disconnessione/distaccamento del nostro IO nei confronti dell’Energia Sacra. Senza queste connessioni ci sentiamo persi, impauriti, vuoti, e sfoghiamo questo senso di vuoto attraverso le emozioni sopra citate. Per questo motivo ritrovare e accogliere nella nostra vita l’Energia Sacra racchiusa nella natura é il compito che tutti noi dobbiamo attuare per essere sereni e vivere in armonia.
