La legge dell’attrazione: “Il simile attira ciò che è simile“. “Ciò su cui ti concentri si espande“ Ciò significa che noi attiriamo ciò su cui concentriamo la nostra attenzione col pensiero e con le emozioni a esso collegate.
Se c’è una cosa che ho ben compreso é che attraverso la parola, l’azione, i pensieri, le emozioni, siamo in grado di generare delle vibrazioni che vengono emanate all’universo, le quali si materializzano e ci tornano indietro. Insomma siamo costantemente sotto la legge dell’attrazione; tutto ciò’ seminiamo, nel bene o nel male, raccogliamo.
Mio padre é stata la prima persona che mi ha avvicinata alla spiritualità e che mi ha dato consapevolezza del grande potere che c’è dentro ognuno di noi. Da anni ormai frequenta un gruppo di Yoga che gli ha dato molto e lo ha fatto crescere spiritualmente.Lui mi ha insegnato quanto sia importante onorare la vita ogni giorno, apprezzare le piccole cose e come il nostro atteggiamento nei confronti della vita può totalmente cambiare l’evoluzione delle nostre giornate e della nostra esistenza. Mi ha insegnato che un atteggiamento di rispetto nei confronti degli altri così come l’avere dei pensieri positivi possano fortemente influire sulla nostra vita.
Questo principio, per il quale otteniamo ciò che pensiamo, è presente nella filosofia di vita di moltissime popolazioni (più o meno antiche) e ai nostri giorni è conosciuto con il nome di “Legge dell’Attrazione”.
Cos’è’ “la legge dell’attrazione” ?
“I tuoi pensieri diventano cose!” (The Secret)
Questo concetto si basa sull’idea che ogni nostro pensiero, azione, sentimento attrae situazioni, sentimenti della stessa natura.
Noi esseri umani siamo co-creatori dell’Universo e tutti i nostri pensieri generano energia che da vita alle situazioni che vivremo nel nostro prossimo futuro.
Secondo questo principio dunque, noi siamo in grado di attrarre tutto ciò a cui pensiamo, e per questo motivo é importante canalizzare tutte le nostre risorse e le nostre energie affinché ci portino a ciò che desideriamo nella nostra vita.
E’ stato provato che noi esseri umani formuliamo dai 30’000 agli 80’000 pensieri al giorno. Non ci rendiamo conto che stiamo impacchettando l’energia che vivremo da lì a poco..
Non ti è’ mai successo di fare un pensiero pesante e nello stesso momento inciampi o ti cade qualcosa dalle mani? Questo succede perché “L’energia fluisce dove va il pensiero”
E’ molto importante quindi imparare a porsi alle varie situazioni quotidiane con un atteggiamento positivo, e piano piano queste vibrazioni cominceranno a prendere forma e a ritornarci con la stessa energia, portandoci occasioni e situazioni piacevoli.
Noi contribuiamo direttamente alla creazione del nostro presente e tutto ciò che ci é successo in passato. Come vedrai nei prossimi articoli, per poter cambiare le nostre vite e tutto ciò di cui non sei soddisfatto é importante lasciare andare il passato e cambiare pensiero nelle piccole cose, affinché un grande cambiamento possa avvenire.
