È inoltre una pratica di gruppo, e questo favorisce i legami e le connessioni tra le persone; é un momento per stare tutti insieme, condividere gioie e frustrazioni, aiutarsi l’uno con l’altro e creare una vera e propria “Ohana” (“famiglia” nella lingua hawaiana).
